Working with New Players
Playing Dungeon and Dragons is a great experience, especially when done with family and friends. It's a great opportunity to learn together and develop new bonds through adventure. If you have a group of old friends, want to get your kids involved, or just want to learn a new hobby that you’ve seen on Critical Role, we can help.
Most players we work with have never played before, and they are brand new to the table. Our team excels at welcoming them into the world of roleplaying games, creating a positive environment in which all players can learn and thrive. If you’re “ready to go”, but have no idea where to start, that’s where we come in.

What types of events do we offer?
You want to play, we know how to make it happen. Below are a sampling of the types of sessions we have thousands of hours of experience in running. We are able to facilitate one time sessions for just a few hours, or can design an ongoing campaign that meets weekly to meet your needs.
Family and Friends Game: You have a group, maybe have purchased the Starter Kit, and possibly somebody has played a few times. And you need a Dungeon Master.
Kids Games: We have worked with over 3500 children, almost all of them new to D&D. We hire professionally licensed, background checked, classroom educators…who love running D&D games. We can get your kids in the game in as little as 90 minutes, or run a multiple year campaign as epic as Lord of the Rings.
School Programs: We have worked with schools around the country to design afterschool programs, either in a support capacity or directly facilitating games. Just let us know your needs and we can train up your adult GMs, work with a few student leaders (and their adult chaperone), or run your weekly games.
Corporate Games: RPGs are all about developing what we call “success skills”: teamwork, problem solving abilities, and integrity. We’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies providing their teams with everything from a fun adventure for monthly “team time”, to deeper analysis of team relationship dynamics, designed to find growth opportunities.
Private Classes: Have something specific you want to work on? Maybe you want to improve your Dungeon Master skills. You may have a group of five teens that want to run through a specific adventure over the summer. Or maybe you want to work on your roleplaying skillset. We can design exactly what will help you grow and enjoy this wonderful world for a lifetime of enjoyment.
Parties/Events: We love birthday parties. Kids love them even more. And you can be the coolest parent in the world. Give them their own custom story session. It's like going to the movies, only the kids are in the movie. Trust me…it's the best gift you can possibly give your child.
